GENERAL INFORMATION

All Marteino purchases are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display accurate information, there may be cases in which stock is depleted due to high demand. On these occasions, the order will be canceled and an immediate notification will be sent to the customer.

Marteino reserves the right to limit the number of purchases per order, supply only one part of an order or divide orders for delivery.

All accessory descriptions and details are approximate and provided for your convenience. Items, prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you submit your order, you are agreeing to the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.  Please review these terms carefully before finalizing your purchase.

PAYMENT

The Company accepts the following credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  You may also choose to make a payment using your registered PayPal account. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.

For your security, all credit cards are verified by security codes. Additionally, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Marteino reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

In the case of returns, refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars only, the same form as the purchase payment.

PRICING

The prices displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are effective only for U.S. purchases. Purchases are subject to applicable sales taxes to be paid by you and do not include shipping and/or handling. Please note that your online transaction total reflects estimated sales tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated amount.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Method.  Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders placed with Economy or Standard Ground shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.

Economy:   Arrives within 7-10 business days of shipping: $10.00

Standard Ground: Arrives within 5-7 business days of shipping: $15.00

2-Business Day: Arrives within 2 business days if placed by 11 A.M. EST: $20.00

Next Day: Arrives next business day if placed by 11 A.M. EST: $25.00

Saturday: Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States*

*To ensure prompt delivery, orders placed with the Saturday delivery option will be shipped via the Next Day option if placed outside of the hours specified above. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas in the United States.

P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business-Day, Next Day and Saturday delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. 

We ship via the United States Postal Service when you choose the Economy delivery option. The United States Postal Service delivers packages Monday through Saturday.

We ship via FedEx Home Delivery when you choose the Standard delivery option. FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please send an email as soon as possible to customerassistance@marteino.com or call us at 561-699-9910.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel it for any reason. If an order cannot be modified or cancelled, please refer to our return policy described below and return your purchase once you have received it. If you would like to purchase a different accessory, please visit the website or contact a Marteino sales representative by phone.

TRACKING

Once an order has been shipped, Marteino will email you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking number may allow you (subject to the courier’s website) to monitor the shipping status of your order.

RETURN POLICY

Marteino will accept unused merchandise for an exchange. We do not accept refunds. All return items must be shipped back to Marteino in original packaging. A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase.

Marteino reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, we will send the product(s) back to the customer.

To return merchandise:

  1. Please place the item(s) in the original Marteino packaging.
  2. Close the box and tape it securely.
  3. Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
  4. Ship to: Marteino, L.L.C.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will make every effort to promptly process the exchange. We will send you an email once your exchange has been processed.
